“It’s beginning to look a lot like, cocktails!”
The holidays are here, and family and friends are gathering! Spirit Collective is excited to share five easy cocktail recipes to spice up the holidays. The festivities are sure to be extra cheerful after a cocktail, or two!
1 bottle of sweet red wine
1 bottle sparkling cran-apple cider
2 clementines, sliced thin, peel on
2 granny smith apples, cored and diced
½ cup pomegranate arils
1 cup cranberries sliced in half
Rosemary to garnish each glass
Mix wine, cider, and fruit in a large pitcher. Serve over ice and garnish with rosemary.
½ oz simple syrup
½ oz unsweetened cranberry juice
1 ½ oz gin or vodka
2 oz chilled ginger beer
1 rosemary sprig, orange slice and sugared cranberries for garnish
Combine simple syrup, cranberry juice, and gin. Pour over ice and top with ginger beer. Serve garnished with rosemary, orange wedge and sugared cranberries, if desired.
Salted Carmel White Russian
Salted caramel sauce
25ml (one shot) Salted Caramel Irish Cream
75ml (3 shots) of half and half (milk and cream)
Take the caramel sauce and use a teaspoon to slightly drizzle it in the glass, while slowly turning the glass so you get a nice swirled effect.
Fill the glass with ice.
Next, add your liquid ingredients to your cocktail shaker, along with a few cubes of ice. Shake well and strain in to the glasses. Garnish with a spring of rosemary, a bit of chocolate or even a candy cane! Perfection. I even sprinkled on a little salt flakes to complete the taste sensation!
12 oz frozen cranberry juice concentrate
12 oz lemon lime soda
12 oz beer
12 oz tequila
1 TBSP lime juice
Fresh cranberries and limes for garnishing
Mix frozen cranberry juice concentrate, soda, beer, tequila, and lime juice in a large pitcher until combined.
Serve over ice and garnish with fresh cranberries and limes.
Vanilla Cranberry Mimosa
1 ½ oz of vanilla flavored vodka
1 ½ oz of cranberry juice
Whole vanilla beans
In a cocktail shaker, combine the vanilla vodka, cranberry juice and ice. Shake vigorously, then strain into a champagne flute. Fill the glass to the top with sparkling wine. Garnish if desired.
