I’ve never been skilled at goodbyes or keeping things short (just ask any of my former patients or coworkers), so bear with me as I attempt to do both.
I thank the people of Eads and its surrounding areas for treating me with unparalleled kindness and hospitality over the past three years. I thank you for showing me the beauty and peace rural Colorado has to offer. I’ll especially miss the sunset over the infinite horizon and the fireworks display of summer lightening in the night sky. I thank you trusting me with your health and well-being, and for giving me the opportunity to continue to refine my craft. To every single patient I had the pleasure of treating, I learned more from you than I could have ever hoped to teach. To all the families that extended invitations to family dinner and made me feel like one of their own; I thank you.
I have the utmost faith that Weisbrod’s new Director of Rehabilitation, Dennis, along with Joe, will continue to offer high quality physical therapy services and be a tremendous asset to the community. I also have faith that my path will take me through Eads sometime in the future, if only for a visit. Continue to do all the things that make this community great. Love and support each other. Welcome new members of the community. Keep active. Continue learning and staying curious.
Until next time,
Dr. Tim Richardt, PT, DPT
