The Board of Education of Kiowa County RE-2 - Plainview School District is accepting applications from persons interested in serving on the Board of Education from the date of appointment on October 12, 2020 until the next regular biennial school election in November 2021. There are two positions to be filled immediately. To be eligible for appointment, each candidate must be a registered elector of the school district for at least twelve consecutive months prior to the date of appointment. [The applicant must also be a resident of the director district in which the vacancy exists.]
Kiowa County Hospital District Notice will be destroying Medical Records related to hospital and clinic visits and/or test results performed at Kiowa County Hospital District in Eads, Colorado September 1, 2010 and prior. Records selected for destruction will include all records for patients (over 18 years of age at the time of treatment or prior to September 1, 2010). Additionally, records of minor children at the time of treatment September 1, 2010 and prior who are now 28 years of age or greater are scheduled for destruction. Medical records destruction will begin October 9, 2020. If any of the above information scheduled for destruction pertains to you and you would like the information provided to you; you must provide Kiowa County Hospital District Medical Records Department and/or Eads Medical Clinic with a signed consent for release of information and photo identification.
