In the heart of our community, Sunrise Sweets LLC is making life a little sweeter—one custom treat at a time. Owned and operated by Christina Wolf, this small but mighty bakery has become a local favorite for fresh, scratch-made baked goods that combine creativity, flavor, and heart.

No Brick-and-Mortar? No Problem!

While Sunrise Sweets doesn’t have a traditional storefront, you can still get your hands on their mouthwatering treats locally at the ever-popular Café Bean coffee shop in Eads. It’s a match made in pastry heaven—when you stop in for your morning brew, a sweet afternoon pick-me-up, or a cozy flavored latte, you can grab a Sunrise Sweets pastry or dessert to go along with it. Whether it’s a cookie with your cappuccino or a slice of cake with your cold brew, this delicious partnership brings local flavor and convenience together in the best way.

Sunrise Sweets LLC specializes in custom orders tailored to make your special occasions even sweeter. Whether you’re celebrating a birthday with a one-of-a-kind cake, planning a wedding with an elegant tiered showstopper, or looking to treat your guests with themed cupcakes and personalized cookie sets, Christina works closely with each customer to bring their vision to life. From flavor to decoration, every detail is thoughtfully crafted to match your theme, taste, and budget. No event is too big or small—if you can dream it, Sunrise Sweets can bake it!

From Passion to Profession

Sunrise Sweets officially launched in October 2024, but baking has long been part of Christina’s life. “I’ve always had a passion for cooking,” she says, “but through baking I can spread love, appreciation, and help celebrate special moments—or just treat someone with a sweet surprise.”

Christina and her daughter Anna Strickland (a trained culinary and pastry arts enthusiast) bake everything from scratch, offering custom cakes, cupcakes, cake pops, cookies, pastries, breads, freeze-dried fruit and candy, and even edible imaging.

Creative, Custom, and Community-Driven

What makes Sunrise Sweets stand out is the personal touch in every bite. “It’s all about creativity,” Christina says. Whether it’s a birthday cake, a tray of personalized cookies, or a seasonal pastry available at Café Bean, each item is uniquely designed and made with care.

Christina finds fulfillment not just in baking, but in the connections she builds. “Running a bakery is fulfilling in many ways—the creativity, the challenges, and most of all, sharing comforting baked goods that leave people smiling.”

Looking Forward

As Sunrise Sweets continues to grow, Christina has plans to expand her reach—maintaining a strong relationship with Café Bean and using her manufacturing licenses to offer products in even more local shops. The goal? Keep baking, keep connecting, and keep spreading joy throughout the community.
