In the heart of Colorado, a fresh voice in holistic health is gaining momentum. Cultivating Wellness LLC, founded earlier this year by Rachel Buck, is redefining wellness by blending modern medical experience with bioenergetic healing. This innovative practice is rooted in a deep understanding of the body’s messages and a commitment to empowering clients to heal from the inside out.

Rachel Buck, a native of eastern Colorado and seasoned nurse practitioner, has spent over 20 years in conventional medicine. But her own healing journey—marked by chronic migraines, menstrual issues, and her twins’ health challenges—led her to embrace a more holistic, energy-based approach. This personal transformation inspired her to create Cultivating Wellness LLC in January 2025, a business that combines her clinical expertise with bioenergetic testing and coaching.

“I wanted to create a space that goes beyond just treating symptoms,” Rachel explains. “Symptoms are the body’s way of communicating, and my role is to help interpret those messages and support healing at the root.”

Cultivating Wellness offers bioenergetic testing using the Qest4 system, a non-invasive technology that scans the body’s energy patterns. From the scan results and client symptoms, Rachel crafts personalized wellness protocols. These include supplement and detox recommendations, lifestyle coaching, and emotional support—all designed to help clients regain balance and vitality naturally.

Unlike traditional medical providers, Rachel positions herself as a coach and partner in her clients’ wellness journeys. “I’m not here to replace medical care, but to complement it. I work collaboratively with doctors when needed to ensure clients are fully supported,” she says.

Operating both locally in Colorado and virtually nationwide, Cultivating Wellness offers flexible hours to accommodate busy lifestyles—weekday evenings and weekends—making holistic care accessible to more people.

Rachel’s commitment to education is a cornerstone of the business. She plans to host regular community workshops and collaborate with other wellness professionals to spread knowledge about natural healing and empower individuals to take charge of their health.

Though still in its infancy, Cultivating Wellness has already seen encouraging growth fueled by word of mouth and client referrals. “Seeing clients experience real, lasting change motivates me every day,” Rachel shares. One memorable case involved a young client who reported improved sleep and reduced anxiety just days after beginning a customized protocol.

Looking ahead, Rachel plans to launch a wellness guide library for clients, group coaching programs, and expand partnerships with other wellness businesses in Colorado.

What truly sets Cultivating Wellness apart is its heart-centered approach. Rachel emphasizes the importance of trust and genuine connection in supporting long-term healing. With her husband co-founding the business and providing support, Cultivating Wellness embodies a family-driven mission to help others thrive.

Rachel’s Invitation to You

“I want to meet people where they are—but especially those who feel ready to take the next step in their healing journey. As someone who’s been on the other side—both as a patient and as a mom seeking answers—I know how frustrating it can be to feel dismissed or told that a diagnosis and prescription are the only options.

But our symptoms are not random—they’re our body’s way of communicating. There is no such thing as a medication deficiency. A diagnosis might name the symptoms, but it rarely tells us why they’re happening in the first place. That’s the question I kept asking—and what led me to holistic healing.

We are living in a time where chronic diseases and cancers are rising at alarming rates—even in small communities like ours. It’s heartbreaking, and it’s a call to look deeper. I believe we must shift from reacting to illnesses, to understanding the root of imbalance before it takes hold.

True wellness begins when we ask why—and keep asking. I understand that holistic care is often misunderstood or seen as costly, but I believe your health is your greatest investment. We often spend more on what’s convenient or trendy than on the things that truly sustain us.

So I invite you to reflect: What do you truly want for your health? Are you ready to explore the root causes, to make shifts that support long-term healing, to say yes to yourself?

Your body has wisdom. Your healing is possible. And your future is worth it. I’m here to walk with you—when you’re ready.”
