Town of Eads Weed Ordinance

WEED ORDINANCE
Town of Eads will soon go around and begin property inspections. The town asks that everyone make sure that their property is taken care of from the curb line to the middle of the alley.  It states in Ordinance 30

4.3.2.6 Any uncultivated plant, except trees and shrubs, of more than four inches growth on any improved parcel


4.3.2.7 Any uncultivated plant, except trees and shrubs, of more than six inches growth on any unimproved parcel which is within 50 feet of any improved parcel

4.3.2.8 Any uncultivated plant, except trees, shrubs, and grass, of more than ten inches growth on any unimproved parcel with is not within 50 feet of any improved parcel

4.3.2.9 Any dormant or dry plants, except cultivated or native plants maintained for ground cover, trees, and shrubs, of more than four inches growth on any improved parcel

4.3.2.10 Any dormant or dry plants, except trees and shrubs, of more than four inches growth on any unimproved parcel which is within 50 feet of any improved parcel

4.3.2.11 Any dormant or dry plants, except shrubs or trees, of more than six inches growth on any unimproved parcel which is not within 50 feet of any improved parcel

4.3.2.12 Any dead plants, including but not limited to cultivated plants, shrubs, trees and grass, of more than four inches growth on any improved or unimproved parcel

4.3.2.13 Any plant which obstructs the view at any street intersection
