Notice of Purchase of Real Estate at Tax Lien Sale and of Application for Issuance of Treasurer's Deed

To Every Person in Actual Possession or Occupancy of the hereinafter described Land, Lot or Premises, and to the Person in Whose Name the same was Taxed or Specially Assessed, and to all Persons having an Interest or Title of Record in or to the said Premises and to Whom It May Concern, and more especially to Wilma Jean Scott, Creek Joint Ventures LLC

You and each of you are hereby notified that on the 20th day of November, A. D. 2018, the then County Treasurer of the County of Cheyenne in the State of Colorado sold at public tax lien sale to Creek Joint Ventures LLC, hereinafter known as the purchaser, the following described real estate situate in the County of Cheyenne State of Colorado, to-wit:

An undivided one-third (1/3) interest of all of the oil, gas and other minerals in and under and that may be produced from All of Section Four (4), Township Sixteen (16) South, Range Forty-Four (44) West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, Cheyenne County, Colorado, except the tract described as follows: A part of Lots (5) and Twelve (12), of Section Four (4), Township Sixteen (16) South, Range Forty-four (44) West of the Sixth P.M. whose West boundary line is parallel with and sixty-four (64) rods distant from the East boundary line of said Section (Four (4).

And said County Treasurer issued a certificate of purchase therefore to the said purchaser.

That said tax lien sale was made to satisfy the delinquent taxes assessed against said real estate for the year 2017

That the said real estate was taxed or specially assessed in the name of

Wilma Jean Scott for the said year 2017;

That on the 27th day of July, 2021 said purchaser made request upon the Treasurer of said County for a deed to said real estate.

That a Treasurer’s Deed will be issued for said real estate to the said purchaser on the

20th day of December, 2022, at 8:00 a.m. unless the same has been redeemed.

Said property may be redeemed from said sale at any time prior to the actual execution of said Treasurer’s Deed.
