The building is 37’8” W x 147’8” L with a square footage of 5586 approximately. Remove and dispose of insulation; remove, dispose and replace roof purlins; remove, dispose and replace roof sheathing and metal using 26-gauge metal, and install R19 insulation. This is to include all wood frames to be checked for moisture damage. The bidder is responsible for all permits, including state highway permits and traffic control. Any secondary permits due to failure of inspection are deemed to be the responsibility of the contractor.
