The Regular Meeting of the Town of Eads Board of Trustees was called to order by Mayor Shields, Tuesday, November 15, 2016 at 5:03 p.m. in the City Hall.  Robin Fox, Town Clerk, took roll call: Mayor – Joe D.      The Kiowa County Hospital District and County Board met in regular session on October 25, 2016 at 6:32 p.m. at the Bank Meeting Room.       District Board members present were: Robert Woods, Priscilla Waggoner, Mary Eikner, Sylvia Shields and Cathryn Anderson.
