LA JUNTA, COLO. -- Otero Junior College welcomes Reyna Isenbart to the Women's Volleyball team! Isenbart hails from Stratton, Colo., where she attended Kit Carson High School. As a two-time volleyball state champion, three-time basketball state champion, and class valedictorian, Isenbart plans to bring a successful attitude to OJC both on and off the court.
She feels that the self-discipline of off-season work, the effort put in to summer camps, the determination while playing in matches, and competing at the state tournament level during her high school career has all helped prepare her to compete at the collegiate level.
Isenbart is looking forward to playing and making memories with her fellow teammates. When asked what she hopes to accomplish at OJC, she replied, "I hope to figure out what God has planned for my career and life, to graduate, and to make a difference."
Isenbart plans to work towards obtaining a master's or doctorate degree in counseling and enjoys working on her photography, gardening, landscaping, and interior design in her spare time.
