It was a slow, very slow start for the Eads Lady Eagles Thursday night in Wiley as the Panthers came out firing on all cylinders and focused on both sides of the ball. Despite being tied at halftime, 28-28, Eads managed to out-distance the Lady Pan-thers, 60-40, to extend their overall season record to 10-3.
Senior Reagan Lane was named Outstanding Wrestler for the second year in a row at the Eads Tournament over the weekend. Lane defeated three opponents to earn another tournament championship.
It was a busy Saturday in Eads for the high school wrestling team as they prepared the gym for their annual wrestling tournament. The Eagles had a great day finishing in first place out of 7 teams that attended with a total of 104.
